Signature
Coat Guide

Seven precise decisions—from silhouette to private order—that turn a beautiful coat into your unmistakable signature.

Begin the guide

The signature standard

Quiet luxury is
never accidental.

A signature coat is judged first by its line, then by its material, and finally by how naturally it belongs to the person wearing it.

01 Structure 02 Proportion 03 Finish

Precision begins at the shoulder.

Step 01 The silhouette

Define the line
before the look.

A refined coat should hold its shape without looking rigid. Begin at the shoulders, then read the uninterrupted line through the chest and hem.

ShoulderThe seam finishes exactly at the shoulder edge.
ChestThe front closes cleanly without pulling or excess volume.
LapelIt lies flat and frames the face with a crisp, balanced line.

Step 02 The fit

Shape with
intention.

The correct fit follows the body without restricting it. Leave space for a fine knit, keep the sleeve clean, and let the waist shaping feel considered—not forced.

“A coat should command the room before it asks for attention.”

Step 03 The fabric

Read the cloth
before the label.

Premium wool feels substantial but never stiff. It absorbs light softly, springs back after pressure, and keeps a sharp edge along the lapel.

TouchDense, smooth and warm—never slippery.
RecoveryGently press; the surface should return without a lasting crease.
FinishStitching, buttonholes and lining should be quiet and exact.

Step 04 The proportion

Choose length
with purpose.

Length changes the energy of a coat. Use the hem to create balance with your height, footwear and daily setting.

Long lineDramatic & architectural

Mid lineVersatile & composed
Mid-thighFast, modern, everyday
At the kneeBalanced, timeless, versatile
Below the kneeStrong, formal, expressive

Step 05 The wardrobe

Build a signature
palette.

Let the coat lead. Keep the layers tonal, choose one controlled contrast, and repeat a colour no more than twice.

Obsidian Heather Grey
  • Foundation Fine knit, clean trouser, precise footwear.
  • Contrast One texture—leather, cashmere or brushed wool.
  • Restraint Minimal hardware; let the silhouette stay dominant.

Step 06 The care ritual

Protect the
signature.

A considered care routine preserves the drape, hand-feel and structure that made the coat exceptional on day one.

  1. AirRest the coat for 24 hours after wear.
  2. BrushWork downward gently with a natural-bristle brush.
  3. HangUse a broad wooden hanger that supports the shoulder.
  4. CleanProfessional dry clean only when truly necessary.

Step 07 The private order

Approved in detail.
Confirmed by 50%.

A Signature request begins with measurements, not payment. BRAVON reviews the fit, confirms the final specification and shares the production timeline before asking for the advance.

01Submit measurements

Choose a base size and send your complete body measurements. No payment is collected at this stage.

02Personal fit review

Our team checks proportion, ease and coat length, then contacts you if any measurement needs confirmation.

03Approve the order

Fit, product specification, final price and expected production timeline are confirmed with you.

04Pay 50% advance

The Signature order and atelier slot are confirmed only after the advance payment is received.

05Craft, inspect & dispatch

Production begins, the finished coat passes quality review, and the remaining 50% is paid before dispatch.

Payment structure

A protected two-part commitment.

50%AdvanceAfter measurements, fit, price and timeline are approved.
50%BalanceAfter final quality check and before the coat is dispatched.

Submitting the measurement form does not create an automatic order and does not collect payment.
