PARTNERSHIP FAQ

Clarity before commitment

These answers protect both parties from assumptions before written terms exist.

Does submission guarantee a response?

No. BRAVON may prioritise proposals that are relevant, complete, verifiable and realistically timed. Submission creates a review opportunity, not an obligation to reply or negotiate.

Does a large follower count guarantee approval?

No. Audience relevance, trust, geography, content quality, conduct, concept, measurable value and execution history can be more important than raw reach.

Can I request free products or payment?

You may state the exact support requested, but no product, loan, gifting, fee, travel, expense or sponsorship is promised until authorised written terms exist.

When may I use the BRAVON name or logo?

Only for the uses, formats, territory and duration expressly approved in writing. A proposal or conversation does not grant trademark, content or endorsement rights.

Can I announce that discussions have started?

Not unless BRAVON approves the announcement. Early or misleading publicity can create false affiliation and may end the review.

Will BRAVON sign every NDA?

No. Do not send third-party confidential material before an authorised NDA is agreed. BRAVON can decide whether confidentiality is necessary and proportionate.

How long does partnership review take?

Timing depends on relevance, completeness, verification, decision-makers, inventory, production, legal scope and the proposed date. Urgency does not create approval.

Can terms change after initial approval?

Material changes to deliverables, dates, rights, cost, talent, venue, product or channel require fresh written review and may change or end the proposal.

Creator & social storytelling

For creators with an original BRAVON-relevant concept, credible audience evidence and platform-specific deliverables.

Protect the proposal: Never send OTPs, CVV, PINs, passwords, remote access or unnecessary identity and banking documents to a claimed BRAVON representative.

  1. 01

    Explain the strategic premise

State the idea in one clear paragraph and explain why BRAVON is relevant to the story, audience and moment. Generic requests for collaboration or free products do not provide enough basis for review.

  2. 02

    Provide audience evidence

Share the primary platforms, audience geography, relevant age context, engagement quality and recent performance. BRAVON may request verifiable platform insights before any decision.

  3. 03

    Define original deliverables

List every proposed reel, post, story, article, appearance, event placement or other output with quantity, format, platform and expected publication window.

  4. 04

    Show representative work

Provide public links to recent work that demonstrates production quality, reliability, brand suitability and the ability to execute the proposed concept.

  5. 05

    Follow disclosure and conduct rules

Sponsored, gifted, affiliate or commercial content must use legally required disclosures. Unsafe, deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful or reputation-damaging conduct is not acceptable.

  6. 06

Separate creator ownership and brand rights

Identify who will own the final content and which organic, paid, edited, whitelisted or archival uses are requested. No right exists until written terms approve it.

  7. 07

    State compensation and support accurately

Declare the requested fee, product loan, gifting, expenses, travel or production support. Submission does not promise any payment, product or reimbursement.

  8. 08

    Plan measurement and reporting

Define how qualified reach, engagement, visits, leads, attributed sales or another relevant outcome will be measured and when the final report will be supplied.

Review every point before submitting. Written approval is required before public claims, spending, production, product use or brand-asset use.

    Define the editorial purpose

Explain the angle, intended section, interview subject, products involved and why the feature is relevant to readers rather than sending a general press request.

  3. 03

    Share the working timeline

List research, sample, interview, fact-check, image, embargo and publication dates with reasonable time for BRAVON review and operational preparation.

  4. 04

    Request access or samples precisely

Specify the interview, information, image, product loan or showroom access required. Availability and participation remain unconfirmed until accepted in writing.

  7. 07

    Confirm image and quotation rights

State whether BRAVON-supplied material will be cropped, edited, syndicated, translated, licensed or used in paid promotion. Each requested use requires authority.

  8. 08

    Handle updates responsibly

Material factual errors should be corrected promptly through the publication process. Editorial independence does not permit false endorsement, misleading affiliation or unauthorised claims.

Review every point before submitting. Written approval is required before public claims, spending, production, product use or brand-asset use.
