DO THIS · DO NOT DO THIS

Clear decisions, fewer mistakes

The comparison protects the customer from incomplete information, unsafe communication and avoidable delays.

DO THIS

Use the professional route

  • Provide a complete address, correct pincode and reachable contact.
  • Separate processing time from delivery time.
  • Wait for the first courier scan before judging tracking activation.
  • Keep order and tracking references until final handover.
  • Record visible parcel damage before discarding packaging.
  • Report delivered-not-received or unusual delay promptly.
DO NOT DO THIS

Avoid unsafe assumptions

  • Do not assume label creation means courier handover.
  • Do not expect an address change to succeed after dispatch.
  • Do not refuse delivery casually when the order is correct.
  • Do not discard damaged packaging before recording evidence.
  • Do not treat every scan pause as proof that the parcel is lost.
  • Do not share OTPs, CVV, PINs or banking passwords with a courier.

PROFESSIONAL ROADMAP

From question to confirmed next step

Each stage has a specific meaning. A request, review or discussion does not automatically create approval.

  1. 01

    Confirm

Order, payment, stock and destination information enter review.

  2. 02

    Prepare

The correct product and variant are checked and packed.

  3. 03

    Dispatch

The parcel is handed to the courier and receives a physical scan.

  4. 04

    Transit

The shipment moves through facilities and local delivery allocation.

  5. 05

    Deliver

The courier records the final attempt or handover and support reviews exceptions.

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

Delivery dates are estimates

Weather, festivals, remote routes, local restrictions, customer availability and courier operations can affect movement outside BRAVON direct control. A customer-specific date is guaranteed only when expressly confirmed.

DETAILED FAQ

Answers before action

Use Contact BRAVON when an answer depends on a specific customer, order, product, account or business record.

How long does delivery take?

Processing is normally estimated at one to three business days, followed by an estimated three to eight days after dispatch. Pincode and courier conditions can change the result.

Why is tracking not active?

A label can exist before handover. Public tracking normally becomes useful after the courier records the first facility scan.

Can I change the address after dispatch?

A request can be made promptly, but courier rules can make a post-dispatch change unavailable, delayed or chargeable.

What if tracking says delivered but I did not receive it?

Check household, reception and authorised recipients, then report the issue promptly with the order and tracking details.

Will BRAVON refund the delivery charge on a return?

Original delivery charges are generally not refunded under the Return & Refund Policy unless applicable law or a confirmed BRAVON error requires otherwise.

What happens after failed delivery attempts?

The courier can return the parcel to origin. Re-dispatch, cancellation or refund is reviewed from the reason, order status and applicable policy.

What should I do with a damaged parcel?

Record the parcel, label, tampering and opening condition, keep all packaging and contact BRAVON promptly.

Can a courier ask for my CVV or UPI PIN?

No legitimate delivery support requires CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or remote device access.

BRIEF 01 OF 06 · 5 DETAILED CHECKS

Order processing

Separate order confirmation, review, preparation and courier handover.

Stay secure: BRAVON never asks for an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, internet-banking password or remote device access.

  1. 01

    Processing estimate

Orders are normally prepared within an estimated one to three business days after the applicable order and payment checks are complete.

  2. 02

    Availability and verification

Stock, variant, address, payment, serviceability or fraud-prevention checks can hold or cancel processing when the transaction cannot be responsibly fulfilled.

  3. 03

    Business-day context

Weekends, holidays, high order volume, inventory events or operational interruptions can affect the preparation estimate.

  4. 04

    Changes are not guaranteed

Address, product, size, colour or cancellation requests may not be possible after processing advances. Contact BRAVON as early as possible.

  5. 05

    Dispatch is a separate milestone

An order confirmation or label creation does not necessarily mean the parcel has been physically accepted and scanned by the courier.

Use the current product, order, policy and written confirmation where a customer-specific fact differs from general guidance.

BRIEF 02 OF 06 · 5 DETAILED CHECKS

Address and serviceability

Provide complete recipient information and understand pincode limitations.

Stay secure: BRAVON never asks for an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, internet-banking password or remote device access.

  1. 01

    Complete address

Provide recipient name, house or premises, street, area, landmark where useful, city, state and correct pincode.

  2. 02

    Reachable contact

A valid phone number can be needed for delivery coordination. Customers should remain cautious and never share payment secrets with a courier.

  3. 03

    Serviceable pincode

Order acceptance and courier availability depend on the destination pincode and active partner network. Serviceability can change before dispatch.

  4. 04

    Address corrections

A change after handover depends on courier rules and can be unavailable, delayed or chargeable. A request does not guarantee rerouting.

  5. 05

    Customer-caused delay

Incomplete address, wrong pincode, unreachable contact, refusal or repeated unavailability can lead to delay, failed attempt or return to origin.

Use the current product, order, policy and written confirmation where a customer-specific fact differs from general guidance.

BRIEF 03 OF 06 · 5 DETAILED CHECKS

Dispatch and tracking

Understand label creation, first scan and movement between courier hubs.

Stay secure: BRAVON never asks for an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, internet-banking password or remote device access.

  1. 01

    Tracking reference

A tracking number can be created before physical handover. Public tracking usually becomes meaningful after the courier records the first facility scan.

  2. 02

    Scan-based updates

A parcel can be moving between facilities even when the visible status has not changed. Each update depends on a new courier scan or status event.

  3. 03

    Estimated delivery

Delivery after dispatch is commonly estimated at three to eight days, depending on destination, network and external conditions.

  4. 04

    Multiple parcels

A multi-product order can be split into separate parcels when operationally required. Each parcel can have a different tracking journey.

  5. 05

    Official links

Use the Track Order page or an independently verified courier route. Do not enter OTPs, CVV, PINs or banking passwords into an unexpected tracking link.

Use the current product, order, policy and written confirmation where a customer-specific fact differs from general guidance.

BRIEF 04 OF 06 · 5 DETAILED CHECKS

Delivery attempts and handover

Know what recipient cooperation, proof and delivered status can mean.

Stay secure: BRAVON never asks for an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, internet-banking password or remote device access.

  1. 01

    Delivery attempt

The courier can contact the recipient or visit the address during its operating window. Exact call timing and delivery sequence are controlled by the courier route.

  2. 02

    No secret payment credentials

A normal delivery confirmation does not require CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or remote access. Verify any unusual request independently.

  3. 03

    Proof of delivery

A delivered status can be supported by courier scan, location, signature, code or another provider record according to the service used.

  4. 04

    Delivered but not received

Check household, reception, security and nearby authorised recipients, then report the conflict promptly with order and tracking details.

  5. 05

    Refusal and failed attempts

Refusal, unavailability or unsuccessful attempts can trigger return to origin according to courier rules and the shipment status.

Use the current product, order, policy and written confirmation where a customer-specific fact differs from general guidance.

BRIEF 05 OF 06 · 5 DETAILED CHECKS

Delay, loss and damage

Preserve records and use evidence for unusual courier outcomes.

Stay secure: BRAVON never asks for an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, internet-banking password or remote device access.

  1. 01

    External delay factors

Weather, festivals, route restrictions, remote locations, local events, network congestion and facility operations can affect movement outside direct BRAVON control.

  2. 02

    Unusual no-movement period

Tracking can pause between scans. Use Track Order when the delay becomes materially longer than the expected route context.

  3. 03

    Potential loss review

A missing parcel can require courier investigation before replacement or refund responsibility is determined.

  4. 04

    Visible package damage

Photograph or record the outer parcel, label, tampering and opening condition before discarding packaging when damage is visible.

  5. 05

    Product issue after delivery

Keep the product, labels, accessories and packaging unchanged and use the Return & Refund route when the delivered item appears wrong, damaged or defective.

Use the current product, order, policy and written confirmation where a customer-specific fact differs from general guidance.

BRIEF 06 OF 06 · 5 DETAILED CHECKS

Return to origin and re-dispatch

Understand failed-delivery consequences, additional charges and fresh confirmation.

Stay secure: BRAVON never asks for an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, internet-banking password or remote device access.

  1. 01

    Return-to-origin event

A parcel can return when the address is incomplete, contact fails, delivery is refused, attempts are exhausted or the courier identifies another delivery barrier.

  2. 02

    Review before re-dispatch

BRAVON can verify the destination, reason, product status, payment and new courier availability before accepting another shipment attempt.

  3. 03

    Additional charges

A customer-caused return and approved re-dispatch can require additional shipping or handling charges where permitted and confirmed.

  4. 04

    Inventory and refund context

A returned parcel does not automatically create an exchange, cancellation or refund. The order, product, payment and policy are reviewed first.

  5. 05

    Fresh tracking

An approved re-dispatch can receive a new tracking reference and a new estimated journey.

Use the current product, order, policy and written confirmation where a customer-specific fact differs from general guidance.
