What does BRAVON sell?
BRAVON is a coat-first outerwear brand from Ludhiana, focused on tailored short coats, long coats and limited Signature silhouettes.
How do I choose the right size?
Compare your body measurements and intended layering with the BRAVON Size Guide before ordering. Choose your regular size for a sharper fit or consider one size up when you want heavier layering.
Are product colours exact?
We photograph products to represent the item clearly, but lighting, fabric texture and screen calibration can create reasonable colour variation.
How long does delivery take?
Expected delivery is generally 7–8 days after dispatch for serviceable Indian PIN codes. Courier operations, remote locations, weather and public restrictions can affect estimates.
Is shipping free?
Complimentary shipping is available on eligible BRAVON orders across India as shown at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout and can depend on the order value, serviceable PIN code and fraud-prevention checks.
How do I track an order?
Sign in with the same customer account used for the order and open the Track Order page. Available Shopify fulfillment, courier and BRAVON production information will appear against eligible orders.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact BRAVON support immediately. A request is not automatically approved after processing or production begins. See the Order Cancellation & Changes page for the applicable process.
What is the return window?
Eligible returns must be reported within the published 7-day window and meet the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy. Delivery charges are not refundable and an applicable 5% processing deduction may apply.
Can Signature pre-orders be returned?
Signature and made-to-order products follow the specific terms confirmed before payment. Review the product page and written order confirmation before paying an advance.
How should I care for my coat?
Follow the product care label and BRAVON Care Guide. Dry cleaning, a broad hanger and gentle steaming are generally recommended for structured coats.
How do retail, wholesale and bulk enquiries work?
Submit the relevant enquiry form with your product and quantity requirements. An enquiry does not become an accepted order until BRAVON confirms availability, commercial terms and the authorised payment route.
Will BRAVON ask for payment secrets?
No. BRAVON will never ask for your OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, internet-banking password or remote access to your device.
